REGISTRATION PRIORITY DATES
Temple Emanuel Members and families who selected to roll their 2020 tuition over to 2021: October 5, 2020
Returning Campers: October 12, 2020
Open to all: October 19, 2020
The difference between member and non-member rates reflects a tuition adjustment, which is funded by Temple Emanuel for its members.
Registration must be accompanied by a deposit of $350, per camper, per session. Historically this was a non-refundable deposit, however, this year $250 of this deposit will be refundable until March 1st. After that date, if you wish to cancel, you will forfeit your deposit.
The balance of the fees is due in full by April 1, 2021.
We are committed to ensuring that every camper who wants to attend Shwayder Camp is able to, regardless of financial ability. Financial aid is available on request and by completion of a confidential information form. Contact the camp office to request a financial aid application. Scholarship requests should be made by March 12, 2021. Applicants who are not members of Temple Emanuel must first request financial aid from their home congregation or Jewish community agency.
We are so lucky and appreciative to have amazing families in our Shwayder Camp community and we would love your help finding more families just like you! Shwayder Camp families can receive $100 off their tuition for each camper referred to us during open registration.* This must be their first year attending Shwayder Camp. The offer is unlimited, just make sure your friends mention your name when they contact us for the first time in order to be eligible.
*offer does not apply during early registration.
Many families send more than one child to camp. Consequently, we offer a 10% discount
for each additional camper that a family sends to Shwayder.
