SIT Program Overview

The SIT (Staff-In-Training) program is an exciting opportunity for rising 11th graders to start the process of giving back to the camp community that has given so much to them. Over the course of an SIT session, participants will spend time learning leadership skills with their fellow SITs, live in cabins with campers, receive continued training, and support staff and camp as a whole.

The following is a timeline of action steps for the 2024 SIT Program:

  1. All applications must be filled out by December 1st, 2023

  2. Interviews for selected applications will occur in January 2024

  3. Decisions about program acceptance will occur by early February 2024

  4. Registration via CampMinder will begin in mid-February 2024
